Here's some more information on the types of classes...

Chair Yoga
These classes are for those who want to gently increase their flexibility, strength and balance in a safe, non-threatening environment, particularly for those who find it awkward to get up from or down to the floor. We'll also learn some relaxation and breathing techniques.

Gentle Yoga
These classes are for those who want to gently increase their flexibility, strength and balance in a non-threatening environment. If you're looking to learn some relaxation techniques and sleep better at night, this is the class for you!

Hatha Yoga
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. If any advanced students come along, I'll make sure there's plenty to keep them occupied, too! We'll work on breathing techniques, plenty of asana practice as well as relaxation and meditation. See the page on Hatha Yoga for more detailed information about this style of yoga.

If you're not sure which class is right for you, give me a call on 0459 138 797.

More info...
All classes are casual and drop in, there's no fixed start date and you don't need to attend every class in the week (although it'd be good for you if you did!).

Please try to arrive ten minutes before the start time, especially if it's your first time at one of our classes. Classes are only an hour long and there's a lot to fit in, so I will start on time.

What to bring?
I have mats but, if you prefer, you can bring your own. Wear loose, comfy clothing that you can easily move about in (i.e., no jeans!). A towel and a water bottle might come in handy.
